However, changes may occur regarding opening hours, prices, menus, product availability, promotions, events, sports schedules, television broadcasts, service characteristics, images and promotional content.
The schedule of sporting events shown on the website is indicative and may change because of calendar changes, broadcasting rights, technical availability, channel changes, cancellation or other circumstances beyond Tiro Taco’s control.
Tiro Taco does not guarantee the screening of any specific event unless this has been expressly confirmed.
Access to the establishment
Access to and presence in the establishment are subject to applicable law and the internal operating rules.
Tiro Taco may refuse entry or require any person to leave whenever this is necessary to ensure safety, tranquillity, hygiene, proper operation of the premises and the protection of people and property, provided this is done objectively, proportionately and without discrimination.
Access or continued presence may, in particular, be refused to anyone who:

Security and access control
On certain days, during particular events or at times of higher attendance, Tiro Taco may use duly authorised private security services to reinforce the safety of customers, staff, facilities and equipment and to help ensure compliance with the rules governing access to and presence in the establishment.
Security personnel may control the entry, presence and exit of people and property, verify compliance with access rules and prevent the entry of prohibited objects, substances or items, or items capable of endangering people or property, within the limits of the powers legally assigned to them.
Where legally permitted and appropriate to the circumstances, non-intrusive security screening methods may be used, including metal-detection equipment.
Customers may also be asked to cooperate with the presentation or visual inspection of suitcases, backpacks, handbags, bags or other items being carried, always in accordance with applicable law, the principles of necessity, suitability and proportionality and the powers of security personnel.
Refusal to cooperate with a legally permissible access-control measure may result in refusal of entry to the establishment where that measure is necessary for safety or compliance with access rules.
Any personal searches or other security measures subject to specific legal requirements or authorisations will only be carried out in the situations and under the conditions provided for by applicable law.
Minors
Access by minors is subject to the establishment’s current internal rules and applicable law.
In general:
- minors aged 12 to 15 must remain accompanied by an adult;
- young people aged 16 and 17 may remain in the establishment unaccompanied until 22:00;
- after 22:00, minors aged 12 to 17 may only remain if accompanied by their parents or persons with parental responsibility.
Where there is doubt about age, a valid identification document may be requested, either in physical form or through an officially accepted digital method.
The rules concerning the presence of minors are separate from the legal rules governing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Opening hours
The establishment operates according to the opening hours displayed on the premises, on the website and on Tiro Taco’s official platforms.
Opening hours may be temporarily changed for operational reasons, special events, force majeure, maintenance, legal requirements or other relevant circumstances.
Tiro Taco may also open earlier for certain events, close earlier than usual, temporarily restrict particular services, close specific areas or suspend reservations or requests for certain dates.
Wherever possible, relevant changes will be communicated through the website or the establishment’s official channels.
Seat reservations
Reservations available through the website are intended for seated places for watching sporting events or other specifically identified services.
A reservation is only considered confirmed after express confirmation by Tiro Taco. Submitting a request through the website does not, by itself, confirm a reservation.
Tiro Taco may refuse or adjust requests depending on availability, capacity, number of participants, programming, internal organisation, changes to or cancellation of the event or operational requirements.
An arrival tolerance period or other specific conditions may be set where these have been communicated to the customer in advance.
Snooker tables: reservations for snooker tables are not accepted. Tables operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time.
Requests to show sporting events
The website allows users to request the screening of sporting events that are not included in the published schedule.
Submitting a Game Request does not constitute a reservation, does not guarantee that the event will be shown, does not guarantee channel or signal availability and does not create any contractual obligation for Tiro Taco to show the event.
The request will be assessed according to technical availability, simultaneous programming, broadcasting rights, equipment capacity and operational considerations.
Where possible, Tiro Taco will seek to accommodate the request. Certain dates may be unavailable for requests through the website.
Groups & Events
Requests relating to groups, parties, celebrations, private events or other special uses of the venue are assessed individually.
Submitting a form or contacting us does not constitute automatic confirmation.
Tiro Taco may establish specific conditions, including minimum or maximum numbers of participants, allocated areas, times, specific menus or services, minimum spend, deposit or prepayment, cancellation policy or conditions for use of the venue.
These conditions only apply where they have been communicated to the customer before confirmation.
Prices, invoicing and payments
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the legally applicable rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tiro Taco may change prices, menus, promotions, packages, campaigns or commercial conditions at any time, without prejudice to conditions previously confirmed for specific services.
Available payment methods are displayed at the establishment and may vary depending on the service or circumstances.
Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax legislation. Customers may request an invoice including their tax identification number as provided by law.
Alcoholic beverages
The sale, provision or supply of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
Proof of age by means of a valid identification document may be required whenever there is doubt about the customer’s age.
Tiro Taco may also refuse to sell or supply alcoholic beverages in the circumstances provided for by law, including where a person is visibly intoxicated or where there are justified safety reasons or reasons connected with the proper operation of the establishment.
Required purchase and outside products
Customers remaining on the premises are required to make a purchase.
Seats in areas intended for watching sporting events and on the terrace are primarily for customers who are consuming products purchased at the establishment.
During periods of high demand, Tiro Taco may ask customers to free up seats where no purchase has been made for an extended period, namely approximately 30 minutes, while always seeking to apply this rule reasonably.
Food or drinks purchased outside the establishment may not be brought in or consumed on the premises, except in exceptional situations authorised in advance by Tiro Taco or where legally justified.
Smoking, electronic cigarettes and vaping
Smoking inside the establishment is prohibited in accordance with applicable law.
The prohibition covers tobacco products subject to applicable legislation and includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices where covered by the legal prohibition and by the establishment’s internal rules.
Customers must comply with displayed signage and staff instructions.
Animals
Animals are not permitted inside the establishment.
Assistance dogs are excepted in accordance with applicable law, including Portuguese Decree-Law no. 74/2007 of 27 March.
Access by assistance dogs may not be refused where the legally required conditions are met.
Rules of conduct
Customers must behave respectfully towards other users, staff, facilities and equipment.
Discriminatory behaviour, harassment, threats, aggression, vandalism, serious disruption, misuse of equipment, unauthorised manipulation of systems, access to restricted areas or behaviour that may compromise the safety of third parties are not permitted.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in a warning, a request to leave the establishment, notification of the authorities and, where legally permitted, restrictions on future access.

The establishment currently has 4 ten-foot snooker tables and 3 eight-foot snooker tables.
